For local and non-local deliveries, please double-check the address before and after placing an order. Your package will arrive at the set address we have received when placing the order. If your package has not been shipped, and the address was incorrect, we will change the address to the correct address before shipping. If your package has been shipped and the address was incorrect, we cannot guarantee perfect condition due to the reroute in our delivery service. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Refunds and Replacements
Our products are perishable, therefore, we cannot accept returns. If you are not satisfied with our product, please Contact Us within 72 hours of your product’s delivery. We will make sure that as a customer, you are satisfied. One refund or replacement per customer. Please keep in mind that refunds take approximately 2 business days to complete.
